Clifford Roule

Managing Director


Clifford is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in property management and business operations. Clifford is a proven leader known for his commitment to excellence. Starting his journey in 1986 at Brown Realty, Clifford managed a portfolio of 95 units in Western Massachusetts, setting a benchmark for exceptional service over the course of two decades.

    In 2006, Clifford took on a new challenge by joining Nerac Inc., a Science and technology company. Progressing from Call Center Manager to Operations Manager, his dedication and leadership made a significant impact on the organization.


    Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Clifford co-founded MCP Unlimited and Timber Real Estate, partnering with industry experts Michael Galipault and Marie Martel. Together, they exemplify expertise and a relentless pursuit of success. Today, Clifford continues to shape and innovate the property management and real estate landscape, leaving a lasting imprint and establishing fresh standards of excellence.

Evan Powers

Operations Director


Evan Powers, our Director of Operations at MCP, brings over a decade of expertise in both residential and commercial property management. At the helm of MCP's operational activities, Evan expertly manages the administrative aspects of our property management division.

    This includes overseeing timely rent collections and lease renewals, conducting market rent comparisons, strategizing to minimize operating expenses, and coordinating legal processes related to Housing Court. Additionally, Evan is responsible for all aspects of payroll, benefits, and personnel matters for MCP's employees.


    With a strong background in real estate lease compliance, Evan is committed to developing and refining MCP's internal policies and procedures. His focus is on ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with all state and federal regulations. Known as an Excel "guru," Evan excels in analyzing lease and property data, creating advanced tracking systems that streamline the multitude of tasks our staff handle. His approach makes managing complex operations achievable, enabling our team to meet their objectives and thrive in their roles. Evan's dedication to operational excellence and his passion for data analysis are integral to MCP's success and the satisfaction of our clients and employees.

Marie Martel

(CMCA, AMS, PCAM)

Management Consultant


Marie boasts over 40+ years of experience in residential property management, specializing in overseeing large, 1,000 plus unit properties. Her career began by managing daily operations at prominent properties like Chestnut Towers, Chestnut Park, Maple Commons, and Bay Meadow Apartments in Springfield.

    She has also successfully managed multiple properties in Providence, RI, and Bonita Springs, FL, accumulating numerous certifications and awards. 


    Marie earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations Designation in 2004, the Professional Community Association Manager Designation in 2008, and was honored as Manager of the Year by WCI in 2000.

Keith Rhoden

Senior Property Manager 


Keith's impressive career in Property Management spans nearly two decades, beginning in the HUD Affordable Housing sector. His role as an On-Site Manager was comprehensive, encompassing all aspects necessary to maintain the sustainability of properties.

    In 2017, Keith's career took a turn as he started focusing on conducting HUD-Based file reviews, further broadening his expertise in the field.


    The summer of 2022 brought a new chapter for Keith with his relocation to Massachusetts and his integration into the MCP family. Bringing his extensive experience to our firm, Keith specializes in Collections and Lease Renewals. His position as a Property Manager is crucial in leading our team to efficiently and effectively tackle a wide range of tenant and building issues.


    Keith's insights and expertise have been key in positioning MCP as a frontrunner in the industry, demonstrating his invaluable role in our company's success.

Leasing Manager


Elizabeth Trench, embarked on her real estate journey in 2020, during the midst of the pandemic, prompting a profound reevaluation of her priorities and passions. With an unwavering commitment to integrity and a boundless enthusiasm for her work, Elizabeth has become an invaluable resource in helping individuals discover their ideal homes.

    Originally hailing from Puerto Rico, Elizabeth made the life-changing decision to relocate to Massachusetts in 2009. Since then, she has developed a deep affection for the state's rich history, its diverse community, and the ever-changing beauty of its seasons. Elizabeth feels a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunity to give back to the community that has given her so much.

Jocelyn Nunez

Vendor Relations Manager


Jocelyn Nunez, a valued member of the MCP team since 2014, began her journey with us as a Tenant Relations Manager. Over the years, Jocelyn has risen through the ranks, a testament to her unwavering dedication, hard work, and meticulous attention to detail on every project she undertakes. Currently, she leads the Accounts Receivable Department and Vendor Relations at MCP.

    Jocelyn's expertise extends to handling all financial interactions with our suppliers. This includes managing receivables, negotiating payment terms, and closely collaborating with vendors to facilitate smooth and effective financial transactions. Her contribution is integral to the financial health and partnership strength of MCP.

Miguel Colon

Maintenance Manager


Introducing Miguel Colón, our esteemed Maintenance Manager at MCP Unlimited, who leads a dedicated team of seven professionals. Miguel's career in the carpentry industry spans 13 years, beginning with his expertise in repairing and installing TPO roofing. His skill set further expanded during his time in Florida, where he specialized in restoring housing properties.

    Joining MCP Unlimited in 2019 as a Maintenance Technician, Miguel quickly demonstrated his commitment, skill, and leadership qualities. His dedication and proficiency led to his current role as Maintenance Manager, where he continues to uphold and advance our company's values.


    Miguel is passionately dedicated to addressing the needs of our tenants, always prioritizing quality and professionalism. His leadership and deep respect for the work and the people we serve are central to the success and integrity of our maintenance team at MCP Unlimited.

Rick Knight

Master Maintenance Technician


Rick Knight join the MCP team two years ago, but has over 30 years of experience in the building and maintenance, Arena in Western Massachusetts. Rick also owned and operated Knight Home Improvement and has a wide area off expertise. Rick prides himself on his ability to diagnose problem and his skil to lead a team to solve the problem quickly efficiently.

    Rick Knight, our esteemed Master Tech at MCP, brought with him a wealth of expertise when he joined our team two years ago. Boasting over 30 years of experience in building and maintenance within the Western Massachusetts area, Rick's profound knowledge and skills are an invaluable asset to our organization. Before joining us, he successfully owned and operated Night Home Improvement, where he honed a broad range of expertise.


    Rick is particularly known for his exceptional diagnostic skills and his adept leadership in guiding teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. His extensive background in residential apartment maintenance has equipped him with the ability to address a diverse array of challenges and situations.


    One of Rick's most commendable qualities is his ability to collaborate effectively with tenants and owners, ensuring problems are solved not only economically but also with a steadfast commitment to quality. His approach to maintenance and problem-solving is marked by cost-effectiveness without ever compromising the high standard of his work.


    At MCP, Rick continues to be a pivotal figure, leading by example and demonstrating what it means to blend technical skill with practical wisdom and excellent interpersonal abilities.
